I spent time on Antelope Island in Utah with my wildlife photographer friend J.J. Antelope Island is a beautiful 28,800-acre State Park in the Great Salt Lake with scenic views at every vantage point. You can roam the open land, hang with the bison, try to keep with the antelope, or hike the scenic (and steep) trails. I had the pleasure of doing all four. Well, I didn’t hang with the bison very long. I got a little too close to one, and once he stood up, I backed off. Anyway, we saw several species of birds, reptiles, and other wildlife. We snapped a ton of photos, and I laughed hysterically watching J.J. chase an Antelope through bushes to capture the perfect picture. Check some of them out below!
